| Design #5210 offers multiple possibilities: a vacation house, a retirement house, an expandable house using the first floor as an additional apartment for renting purposes, or a starter house built in the rear of the property and later rented for income after the main house is built. It has three bedrooms, a combination dining/living room, full eat-in kitchen with a dinette, and two full baths (one with a tub and the other with a Jacuzzi). The overall dimensions of the garage level are 48'-2" by 25'-8". The overall dimensions of the loft level are 48'-2" by 29'-8". Height is 26'-0" to main ridge. Square footage is 1,235 on the garage level and 1,428 on the loft level for a total of 2,663 square feet. There is no cellar. |
