Plan #5235 -- Two story Colonial Carriage house with a three-car garage and carport on the first floor and an open deck on the second floor.

Design #5235 offers multiple possibilities: vacation, retirement, expandable house using the first floor as an additional apartment for renting purposes, or a starter home built in the rear of the property and later rented for income after the mainhouse is built. It has two bedrooms, a combination dining/living room, kitchen with a built-in snack bar, and a full bath with shower above the tub. This design features a centered cupola skylight over the living/dining area with windows at the front and rear providing ventilation and plenty of daylight for this area. The overall dimensions for the loft level are 38'-8" by 29'-3" and for the garage level are 38'-8" by 27'-8". Height is 23'-6" to main ridge (add 3' to cupola ridge). There is no cellar.
